Our special, “Going Postal: 15 Shocking Acts of Violence,” takes a serious look at the phenomenon of mass killings by deranged individuals and goes to great lengths not to scapegoat any one group or profession and covers violent acts that take place in various locales including malls, schools, churches and offices .  We regret that you were troubled by the title of our special.  We intended no slight against the hard work of our nation’s postal workers.
