HELLO EVERYONE. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER. YOU ALL ARE MISSED! WE HAVE A QUESTION CONCERNING POSSIBLE ATTENDANCE FOR THE UPCOMING NPC EVENT. AT THIS TIME WE NEED THE POSSIBLE HEAD COUNT. PLEASE READ BELOW AND RESPOND IF YOU ANSWER IS YES! THANK YOU ALL. 

We are at the 11th hour for possibly scheduling the March 2021 NPC Legislative Conference. The hotel that the host local has been working with is offering a decent cancellation clause but not hardly liability-proof. The meeting room block guarantee is a critical concern; we need to ascertain how many delegates would attend if we were to move forward?

Please only reply to this email if you would attend the March 20-22, 2021 NPC in Washington DC - and include any alternate delegates and observers that would also attend if it were held. We are fully aware that COVID restrictions prevail so this is at best a -what-if-we-can question.

If you are as sure as you can be that you will attend if scheduled, please reply "to all" ASAP and place in subject line your RSVP; for example - "DC NPC - Pittsburgh Metro 2"
