I think we have the hotel issue fixed.  I had to get the General Manager involved but I do believe things DID get fixed over the weekend.  It should provide more availability at the cited price. We will have a receipt for your registration in your packet when you arrive.

We are thrilled that you all are coming, but we are wrestling a bit with the hotel as they did not heed our need for more space.  Many of you are finding this as they have sold out certain nights despite our requests.  As such, we are engaging with nearby (less than a block) hotels to try to secure rooms for you all.
